Tampereen Konepajat Oy acquired the entire share capital of NTcab Oy on 16 April 2021. The purpose of the acquisition is to ensure the growth and development of NTcab.

NTcab is the sixth subsidiary of Tampereen Konepajat Oy. The group now has operations in eight locations. It has a turnover of more than 40 million euros and more than 200 employees. The new owner has the know-how to take NTcab on the path towards a new kind of growth. The enabling of growth was the starting point for the entire acquisition.

“NTcab’s goal is to grow and develop in its own segment and thereby also strengthen its position in the market. The greatest motivation in the acquisition was that the new owner is committed and willing to develop the company further,” says Antti Hyyryläinen, CEO of NTcab.

Joining the group will strengthen NTcab’s expertise and resources. Customers will also benefit from the benefits provided by the large group.

“With the Group, our customers now have the opportunity to order several different products and services from the same operator,” Hyyryläinen adds.

Cooperation between the companies has got off to a good start. Day-to-day operations have remained the same, but the first steps have already been taken to harmonise development and business practices. We will start with the certifications of NTcab’s quality system and environmental system standards this coming autumn.
