SKETCHING
- As a starting point for the design project, an initial sketch of the cabin is created, which is then used as a basis for the detailed product design of the cabin.
- The environment in which the cabin will be used, the working conditions and the technical requirements are mapped carefully with the customer for the sketch, and other factors guiding the design are also discussed.
- The driver is taken into consideration already in the sketching phase so that the cabin is designed around the driver, not the other way around.
DESIGN
- The design package we offer includes the design of the cabin mechanics and the electrical, heating and air conditioning systems, an ergonomics review, and the selection and placement of cabin components.
- The cabins are designed to be compliant with the machine type-specific safety requirements and meet the requirements for the necessary FOPS, ROPS and OPS approvals.
- The design solutions are implemented so that the cabins can be manufactured cost-effectively while keeping the initial production costs as low as possible.
MAKING THE PROTOTYPES
- The result of the design project becomes a complete product after the manufacturing of prototypes and the 0-series.
- When the prototype is made, the work stages can be optimised for serial production to optimise the cost-effectiveness of manufacturing.
- The cabin prototype is delivered to the customer to be installed in the machine for operational testing.
TESTING
- We can arrange the necessary testing on behalf of the customer.
DOCUMENTATION
- The results of the product development project include comprehensive manufacturing and product documentation for the product.
PRODUCTION
- The cabins are always made to match the scope of delivery agreed with the customer. Our scope of delivery can consist of just the cabin frame, or a plug&play product ready to be installed, or anything in between.
- The cabins can be made out of aluminium, stainless steel or structural steel. The cabin frames are assembled by manual and robotic welding.
- The cabin surface treatment is completed according to the desired specifications.
- The cabin is equipped with the components and equipment agreed with the customer.
- The quality of our products is assured with the necessary inspections at all stages of manufacturing.
LOGISTICS
- Thanks to our optimised logistics chain, we can offer cabins delivered to the customer’s premises very cost-effectively.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
- We sell spare parts and provide technical support for the cabins we deliver.
- Thanks to serial numbers, we can always find the right spare parts for the cabins we deliver, even years later.

NTCAB – CABIN
A cabin by NTcab includes the cabin frame, heating and air conditioning, seating, dashboard and controls, windows, doors, wiper systems and lights.
The cabin is always made to match the scope of delivery agreed with the customer. We have specialised in using stainless steel and aluminium in addition to the most common types of structural steel in the structures of our products for applications that require light weight and excellent corrosion resistance.
